In 1998, A/R Medical Claims Recovery LLC began providing a variety of health care management services
tailored to fit the needs of the individual practice. We provided on-site Seminars to "Train the Trainers" in
coding and reimbursement, Corporate Seminars for Provider Education on Documentation for E/M coding
and programs to continually monitor reimbursements and support growing practices.
Later, A/R Medical Claims Recovery LLC developed an ongoing training relationship with numerous
Practice Management Solutions Companies to help Medical Practices with implementation and
conversion when upgrading billing programs. Working onsite on behalf of the provider became our specialty
and opportunity to learn our customers needs.
By 2004, A/R Medical Claims Recovery LLC had a team of professionals with over 80 years combined
experience and professional certifications in place. This team's experience and certifications included
Practice Management, Data Research and Analysis, Accounts Receivable and Customer Service.
In 2005, A/R Medical Claims Recovery LLC introduced provider site billing services. This revolutionary
process moved the back-office off site, but kept the providers data on-site. All computerized billing and
patient financial telephone conversations are handled by oversight of certified billing professionals.
By 2007 A/R Medical Claims Recovery, LLC had grown to a team of twenty professionals with over 200
years of combined experience and over 50 professional certifications. Pain Management, Ophthalmology,
